Store the selections in your PSP Selection map.
Import Brushes in PSP.
Open the font and install when needed.
Presets for EC 5, click twice for an automatic installation.
Open the tubes in PSP.

Eye Candy 5 - Textures
Jeux de lignes (Entrelacement)

Preparation.
Foreground color = white
Background color = # 404040.
Replace foreground color with pattern see examples

File - New
Flood fill tool: Fill your image with the pattern
Effects - Plugins Mura Meister Copies with these settings
Material - Foreground color - again on the white color
Selection tool - custom selections with these settings
Flood fill tool - fill the layer with the white color - do not deselect
Effects> Plugins> Jeux de lignes - Entrelacement
Selection tool - custom selections - with these settings
on top 285 - left 0 - on the bottom 294 and right 700
Material pallet: black color on top
Selections> Load/save selection> Load selection from disk and select @ nn_sel001_Stella_tdstudio.PspSelection. .
Flood fill the selection with the dark foreground color
Material palette - Foreground color = # d0070f
Selection> Load / Save Selection> Load Selection From Disk - Load Selection
@ nn_sel002_Stella_tdstudio.PspSelection.
Flood fill tool: fill the selection with the red color
Effects - Plugins - Jeux de lignes - Entrelacement, same settings.
Selections - Select none.
Material palette: foreground color = # 404040 (dark color).
Layers - New raster layer
Brush tool (B) - select the Brush tool @ nn_Stella_210407_tdstudio.PspBrush tool, with these settings:
Place the Brush tool with the dark foreground color (you can move it afterwards if necessary)
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror - mirror horizontal
Layers - New raster layer.
Selection - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk.
load Selection @ nn_sel003_Stella_tdstudio.PspSelection
Flood fill tool: Fill the selection with the foreground color
Selections - select none.
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 5 - Texture - Wood. Tab settings - select Ann_Stella_Texture_Wood and then click OK
Effects - Reflection effects - Feedback
Selections - Load/save selection - Load selection from disk.
Same selection as used before. (Selection @ nn_sel003_Stella_tdstudio.PspSelection)
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow
Materials: Foreground color = red color # d0070f
Selection tool - Custom selection
Flood fill tool - fill with the red color
Selections - modify - contract with 1 px
Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout
Selections - deselect all
Material palette - Invert the colors - White at the top and red at the back
Close the foreground color!
Text tool with these settings
Write Stella
Layer palette - click on the right mouse button - Convert to raster layer
Effects - Plugins - Eye Candy 5 - Impact glass. Tab settings - select Ann_Stella_Impact Glass and click OK
Place the text neatly in the middle
Selections> Select all.
Selections - Modify - Select selection borders - 1 pixel:
Fill the selection with the red background color
Merge layers - merge all layers (flatten)
Put this image aside
Image- Copy
PART 2
File - Open 1024x510 pixels - color white.
Layers> New raster layer.
Set your foreground color to # 404040.
Brush tool - select the Brush tool @ nn_Brush tool_SF_502A_tdstudio, with the following settings
Place the Brush tool 2x in a row, each on a separate layer, then you can move until you like the result
when it is OK, layers merge - merge down
Effects - 3d effects - drop shadow - same settings as used before
Layer palette - Duplicate
Image - Mirror - mirror horizontal
Layers - new raster layer
Selections - Load / save selection> Load selection from disk.
load the selection @ nn_sel004_Stella_tdstudio.PspSelection
Material palette: Change the foreground color into the red color # d0070f,
Flood fill tool: fill selection with this color.
Selections - Modify - Contract with 1 pixel.
Fill the selection with white.
Selections> Select none.
Effects - Geometric Effects - Perspective --Horizontal:
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror.
Layers - merge - merge down.
Edit - Paste as a new layer (image created and copied at the end of part 1).
Effects - Plugins - EC 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow, Tab settings - select Ann Stella EC5 - select Drop shadow Preset and click ok.
Layers - New raster layer.
Selections - Custom Selection with these settings
Flood fill tool - fill the selection with the red color. 
Select - select none.
Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind:
Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More.
Layers - Duplicate.
Image - Mirror
Activate the file @ nn_stella_stairs_300407.psp and
Edit Copy.
On your own work: Edit - Paste as a new layer.

Activate the woman tube
Edit - Copy.
Return to your work - Edit - Paste as new layer.
Move tool - place see lesson example
Effects> Plugins> Eye Candy 5 - Impact - Perspective Shadow.
Tab settings - select Ann Stella EC5 Persp shadow 1 and click OK
Selections Select all.
Selection - Modify - Select selection borders 1 pixel.
Fill the selection with the red color
Selections - Select none
Place your watermark and save in jpeg format
